I have never written a review before but thought this deserved acknowledgment. This is the learning tool you want for a beginner level seeking easy to understand common phrases. I would pay at least a dollar for this app. Take advantage of it being free.

This app is phenomenal. Ive increased my German vocabulary by like 600% in a few subway rides.

Why can I not hear words spoken when I click on them ?

The app is pretty good but, theres ALOT of phrases I NEVER use so maybe you can make some more usefull phrases Ty ~ Caidence

This is very good. I like the quizes and even learn spelling. Looking forward to the more advanced 101 & 102 tutors to learn even more. Lessons are quick so even with a few spare moments can continue to learn.

Besides being free, this app makes it easy to learn or brush up on your German vocabulary. The different sections of the app make it fun so you dont get bored with one type of memory challenge, and the flash card section with audio also helps with pronunciation as well as memory. I would purchase an app from this developer as it seems they understand the needs of the student.

My aunt and I had alot of fun with this app. I think this is not only helpful but a way to spend time in the office.

I use this for studying and get a 100 on most of my tests. Great for begginers

Horrible app. I got it as a refresher, and there are a lot of flaws. First, it directly translates English to German. If you say "Im sorry" the way the app does, germans will think whatever happened acctually makes you sad. Also, Germans dont say "Ich mag ___" (I like ___) they say "___ glaubt mich" (___ pleases me). Last, it is just random vocabulary, that you dont know how to use. "Ich adfahren gestern" is not how you would say I arrived yesterday, it is "Ich bin gestern abgefahren," but since there is no actual teaching in this app, nobody would know that. Ive only taken a year of German and I saw this in 5 minutes.
